Shipping and returns

We inform customers that due to the COVID emergency, delivery times may be longer for reasons not strictly related to our operations.

Your packaging

Shipments are generally made within 2 days of receipt of payment and are made via SDA / GLS. If you prefer a delivery with any other carrier, please contact us at the e-mail info@ferramenta.tech specifying the order and the preferred carrier (possible additional costs). In any case we will contact you by e-mail providing you with all the details of the shipment.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging and shipping costs. Two separate orders will be handled as separate shipments with related shipping costs. We therefore recommend placing a cumulative order, to pay a single shipping cost.

All packages are proportional to the chosen and resistant products.

Order Tracking

After the shipment of your order you will receive the shipping confirmation email from the courier, containing the link for the tracking of your package.
